This app will be used by customers of Retails to submit ticket on Eazy CRM. Customer attaches their product details and feedback about the product purchased by him with or without images of product.
The customer can fill product info by scanning bar code or enter manually and feed their feedback on the product with images and ticket will raise on Eazy CRM.
